• Returns accepted within 7 days for unused, unopened products.

• Custom items and made-to-order floral designs are non-returnable.

• If your item arrives damaged, please send photos within 48 hours to info@floraflames.com.

• Exchanges can be requested for eligible items of equal or lesser value.
